*in between each set perform 15 burpee box jump overs

*focus stretch on the lower back

 

 

MAIN WOD

 

18 min EMOM

 

1)200m Sprint

2)10 DB Power Cleans

3)20 WallBalls

 

*try not to burst out in the beginning or you will burn out quick,because it is 18 minutes.
