6 thrusters (75/55)

How far are you willing to push yourself? This may look familiar to some of you, AKA the 'beep test'. This one is just as mental as it is physical. Challenge yourself!

Main WOD

Rounds for reps:

60 sec. Deadlift (DL) (225/155)

60 sec. Handstand push up (HSPU)

45 sec. DL

45 Sec. HSPU

30 sec. DL

30 sec. HSPU

Every round is max effort. Treat this similar to the benchmark 'Dianne', your goal is 45 reps of each movement! Keep form good on those DL's and use those hips for the HSPU.
