For time:

100 calorie bike

 

Every 2 miutes: 15 wall balls 20/14

 

You have no choice but to go fast on this one. The longer you are on the bike, the more wall balls you're doing, the longer you're on the bike....Put your head down and grind this one out!

In teams of 3:  18 min Amrap

 

1) max distance row

2) 50m sled pull heavy 

3) rest

 

The goal here is maximum distance on the rower as a team. The rabbit is the person on the sled. Its supposed to be a heavy heavy sled, keep transitions quick, power output high, and don't slack on the rower!
