Whoa. This is a mountain of a workout (no pun intended). Squats Rx'd are 225/155, so the legs will turn to jello quickly. There is a 30min time cap on this workout, it is do-able but you have to keep a steady pace. Just like climbing a mountain.

The Med ball is heavy 30/20, but the work is split. Keep a good pace with your teammate, break up the work as you need. Small sets, short rests. This one is going to be fun!!
