10 Minute EMOM:
Clean and Jerk (add weight every min.)
DB Hang squat cleans (50/35)
Hand release push ups
Have fun on the EMOM and try to get as heavy as possible. The for time workout has high heart rate all over it. Be smart on the DB cleans and break as needed. Use the pushups to keep that heart rate maintained before the box jumps, this is a good one!
