Accumulate 3 minutes Handstand hold
3 x 3 Min AMRAP (rest 3 minutes between)
30 Double unders
8 Toe to bar
Practice those double unders, this is a great workout to do so. Keep those toe to bar unbroken, this one has got to be fast don't get held up on anything!
